The platform
One system between your documents and your decisions.
One reconciled, sourced set of facts, and the instruments that work on it, shown the way they actually behave.
The pipeline
The more certain it is, the less it asks.
Contracts, quarterly reports, transactions, capital calls: read, extracted and reconciled in minutes. Every proposal waits for your confirmation, and the surer the platform is, the less it asks of you:
- very sureyou approve the proposed entry, one click
- less sureyou confirm a value or a label first
- unsureit asks you to read along before anything happens

The pipeline · in practice
Process documents in five clicks.
Done by hand, a capital call is three or four documents and dozens of review points. Bonafi reads the notice, ties it to the commitment and prepares the transfer. All that is left is confirming it at the bank.
Prepared means exactly that. Through our bank connection layer (Plaid), the transfer is staged with amount, account and reference. Authorising it happens at your bank, by you. Bonafi cannot send money on its own.

The pipeline · learning
The screen that learns back.
Correct a field once and the correction is stored as structured feedback, replayed as an example in the next extraction. Behind it, a sanity gate checks every commit before it lands.
Learning means the corrections: how a fund labels a field, what a document type looks like. That improves extraction for you and, in non-personal form, across clients. Never on personal data, and the AI models themselves are never trained on your documents.

The agent
It answers like a CFO and cites like an auditor.
Every answer comes in a fixed shape (answer, context, sources, caveats) and follows a hierarchy of truth: confirmed data outranks reports, reports outrank raw extraction. When nothing can ground an answer, it says so: “I found no documents.”
What did we pay in management fees across all funds in 2025?
Signals
Bonafi keeps an eye on everything.
It checks the book continuously and flags what needs you: a late report, unpaid rent, an indexation coming up, a transfer still to make. Each signal comes with a suggested action. You decide.
